Responsibilities

• Develop and review engineering design change packages for plant modifications and equipment upgrades
• Evaluate system performance and resolve plant operational issues
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple disciplines and vendors
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Apply configuration management and engineering change (EC) processes
• Act as a technical consultant and provide guidance to engineering teams
• Support and mentor junior engineers on nuclear design and engineering practices
• Interface with operations, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders
