About this role

This role provides leadership and direction for nuclear emergency preparedness, ensuring regulatory compliance and emergency response readiness. The position is accountable for maintaining the Emergency Plan, developing staff, and directing the drill and exercise program. It involves effective coordination with fleet counterparts, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders to support station management and ensure operational excellence.

Direct EP drill and exercise program including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Lead and develop EP staff through clear priorities, technical direction, coaching, and performance expectations
