Nuclear Instructional Designer

The Nuclear Instructional Designer designs, develops, and maintains performance-based learning solutions using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) for nuclear training and qualification programs. The role partners with project training operations leaders and subject matter experts to analyze job requirements, develop measurable learning objectives, and produce controlled training products that prepare personnel to perform work safely and reliably. This position ensures training effectiveness through data analysis, continuous improvement, and adherence to organizational standards.
