About this role
The Nuclear Performance Assessor independently evaluates overall station performance to identify organizational shortfalls and ensure targets for excellence are met. The role reports to the Senior Director, Fleet Performance Assessment and provides critical input up to the C-suite while delivering direct feedback to station leaders. The assessor has authority to escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
