Nurse Educator-ED

The Nurse Educator designs, implements, and evaluates educational programs to improve delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centered care and to support clinical learning and professional development. The role supports nursing excellence, compliance with regulatory requirements, and staff retention through onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency initiatives. Reports to the Manager of Clinical Excellence or Nurse Manager and partners with clinical leaders across the organization.
