Nurse Educator

This role is responsible for the daily activities of the nursing staff to facilitate optimal patient care and coordinate educational programs, including in-service and continuing education. The position involves collaborating with the Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist to implement nursing standards, evaluate educational activities, and support quality improvement initiatives on the assigned unit. The Nurse Educator also assists in clinical precepting, orientation, and performance management for nursing staff.
