This role provides hands-on patient care experience for nursing students or recent ADN/BSN graduates on a Medical-Surgical unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland, IL. It supports clinical skill development and teamwork while you continue your nursing education and prepare for a future nursing career. Scheduling is flexible (PRN/part-time/full-time) across days, nights, or rotating shifts.
