Nurse Extern Program

The Nurse Extern Program is a 9-week summer opportunity for nursing students to collaborate with clinical nurses in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role involves interacting with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health for patients and families while delivering competent nursing care based on documented assessments.
