This developmental program offers nursing students the opportunity to gain diverse clinical skills across multiple nursing specialties through a guided training program aligned with state Board of Nursing guidelines. The role provides expanded clinical experience for RN nursing students while assisting Registered Nursing staff with patient care activities. Participants engage in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, reporting significant observations to a Registered Nurse.
