The TB Intake Nurse is the primary point of contact for tuberculosis-related inquiries and case reporting at Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The role triages calls and reports about active TB, suspected TB, latent TB infection, and exposures, supports TB surveillance and case management, and provides education and guidance to patients and healthcare partners. Work is primarily office-based (about 80%) with limited direct patient care and involves documentation in electronic health records and public health databases.

Qualifications
