Nurse Manager

This role assists the Nurse Manager in coordinating the daily operations of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) while providing direct patient care and serving as a resource nurse. The position involves collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care, leading quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring staff to resolve conflicts and enhance service delivery. It requires strong clinical expertise in pediatric critical care, including experience with ECMO, CRRT, and cardiac patients, alongside supervisory responsibilities for staff development and performance management.
