Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager assists with the management of the patient care department by coordinating staff development, quality improvement activities, and scheduling staff hours. This role supports the delivery of nursing care for patients, including the administration of medications within the scope of practice, and works under the direction of the Nurse Manager/department leadership. The position may also involve clinical trial patient care coordination and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
