Nurse Navigator II

The Nurse Navigator II serves as an integral part of the Oncology Multidisciplinary Team, supporting, educating, and assisting patients and their families while acting as a link to doctors and supportive services. This role facilitates multidisciplinary care, removes barriers to ensure timely specialized treatment, and coordinates disease-specific tumor boards and clinic research trials. The position requires maintaining active professional credentials and complying with all system policies.
