Nurse Navigator

The Nurse Navigator supports patients with arrhythmia throughout their procedural care journey, serving as a consistent clinical resource from referral and treatment planning through procedure preparation, recovery, and follow-up. This role coordinates care across Electrophysiology providers, procedural teams, and other departments to promote timely access and a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include patient education, assessment of barriers to care, coordination of required testing, and post-procedure follow-up.
