About this role
Boulder Care is hiring Nurse Practitioners experienced in prescribing buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. The role is fully remote (W2) and primarily full-time (30–40 hours/week) with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time. Candidates must hold an active NP license and reside in one of the specified U.S. states.
