About this role
Boulder Care is hiring Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction to provide virtual, evidence-based addiction care and prescribe buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder. The role is a fully remote, full-time W2 position (30–40 hours/week) supporting patients in an outpatient telehealth setting. Clinicians will work within a multidisciplinary team and participate in a structured onboarding process.
