About this role
A Nurse Practitioner (Adult and/or Gerontology) providing clinical care for residents across two CommuniCare facilities in Edgewater and Mt Airy, MD. The role is part of the Medical Practice and focuses on promoting wellness, early detection, and timely diagnosis/treatment in post-acute and long-term care settings. The position is first shift, Monday–Friday with no weekends, on-call, or holiday coverage.
