About this role
A one-year clinical fellowship for recent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) graduates at Boston Medical Center designed to advance clinical skills through protected development time, dedicated psychiatry supervision, and oversight from senior NP leadership. Fellows complete experiential rotations across BMC psychiatric settings and a yearlong curriculum covering comprehensive assessment, evidence-based psychopharmacology, system-based practice, and professionalism. The fellowship is full-time, begins Fall 2025, and is based in Outpatient Psychiatry.
