About this role
A 12-month, full-time Nurse Practitioner Fellowship (Residency) at Montefiore designed to transition newly graduated Family Nurse Practitioners into primary care practice through an intensive, structured training program. The fellowship combines four clinical days with one didactic day per week and places fellows at Montefiore Medical Group primary care sites in Yonkers. Upon completion, fellows are required to commit to a two-year employment contract at a Montefiore health center site.
