About this role

Signify Health is hiring board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. The role is a flexible, contractor (1099) position offered on short- or long-term engagements with opportunities for significant weekly earnings and travel support when eligible. Contractors receive patient-specific evaluation forms and malpractice coverage while supporting the company’s mission to build trusted relationships and improve member health.
