Board-certified nurse practitioner contractors perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. This 1099, contract role offers flexible scheduling and is intended to support members' health and care coordination while allowing clinicians to supplement income. Visits are pre-scheduled and compensated on a per-assessment and incentive basis.
