About this role
As part of Strive’s interdisciplinary clinical care team, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will utilize their advanced education, skills, and judgment to deliver advanced nursing care for CKD and ESKD patients. The NP will be responsible for managing patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide best-in-class patient care and ensuring a world-class patient experience.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- National Board Certification
