Nurse Practitioner-Neonatal

The Nurse Practitioner-Neonatal manages and provides specialized patient medical care in a newborn area, collaborating with physicians to assess, diagnose, and plan comprehensive patient care. The role involves conducting health assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and implementing care plans that include patient education and prescriptions. This position also requires mentoring newer nurse practitioners and serving as an expert resource to nursing staff.
