About this role
The Advance Practice Nurse/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner will join Southlake Health’s new Extensivist Clinic, an intensive outpatient program opening in early 2025 that bridges inpatient and community care. The role is based on the hospital campus in Newmarket and supports integrated, patient-centered care through collaboration with an inter-disciplinary team. This is a permanent, part-time position within a clinic open seven days a week.
