Family Medicine Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) position in Londonderry, NH providing primary care in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic. The role practices autonomously or collaboratively to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in accordance with the New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act. This is a Monday–Friday position within Elliot Health System’s integrated physician network using the Epic EMR.
