Family Medicine APRN or PA (float) role covering multiple Elliot Health outpatient clinics across southern New Hampshire. Full-time position for candidates with 2+ years of family medicine experience, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, providing coverage for holidays, sick time, and vacations. The role is based in state-of-the-art clinics with on-site lab, X-ray, urgent care, and pharmacy and includes some administrative work from home.
