About this role

The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Substance Use Services at UHN is a specialty-based advanced practice role providing expert clinical care to patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions across the care continuum. The NP serves as a clinical leader, educator, and consultant within interprofessional teams and across the organization to advance addiction medicine and care pathways. This role is aligned with UHN’s Mental Health Program and supports the Substance Use Disorder Integrated Care Pathways and related community partnerships.
