Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - 1865

The newest Primary Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless will join a team of experienced clinicians providing high-quality primary care to vulnerable patients, including those experiencing homelessness. This position involves working 2-3 days per week at the Recuperative Care Center and 1-2 days at other CCH programs, offering a flexible schedule that includes one weekend day. The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction principles to improve health outcomes for patients.
