This role implements and evaluates nursing education and professional development programs based on annual needs assessments and guidance from market and system nurse executive teams. The position builds collaborative relationships with operational leaders and staff to meet educational needs, support clinical competency, and advance nursing strategic goals. It also supports the Nursing Excellence journey to achieve and maintain ANCC Magnet and Pathways to Excellence designation within assigned entities.
