Nurse Residency Program

The Nurse Residency Program supports newly graduated nursing students in transitioning to confident, competent Registered Nurses through specialized training and mentorship. Participants receive additional support from coordinators, specialists, and preceptors during their first year to integrate into the professional nursing culture. The role involves providing patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and completing educational sessions to develop clinical and communication skills.
