Nurse Residency Program

The Nurse Residency Program is a full-time, paid opportunity designed for recent RN graduates and nurses with less than one year of acute care experience. It provides a comprehensive start to a nursing career through a dynamic combination of classes, lab experiences, preceptor unit-based orientation, and training in a state-of-the-art Simulation Center. The program emphasizes adult learning principles to strengthen assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills in a safe learning environment.
