Nurse Resident, Acute Care

The Nurse Resident, Acute Care provides bedside patient care on the Neuro Med/Surg unit of Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, a Level IV Epilepsy Center. This 12‑month, ANCC‑accredited residency supports newly licensed RNs with under one year of experience through structured training, preceptorship, and simulation to transition into independent practice. The role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team in a fast‑paced, clinically intense environment.
