About this role

Providing in‑home patient care in Penasco, NM on a 1099 contract basis, this role follows physician‑established care plans and works closely with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians. Shifts include day (Friday‑Monday, 08:00‑20:00) and night (Sunday‑Tuesday & Friday, 20:00‑08:00).
