About this role
The Charge Nurse / Nursing Supervisor provides first-line administrative supervision for Nursing and Behavioral Health staff during assigned shifts, reporting to the Manager of Hospital Supervisors and the CNO. The role ensures safe staffing, scheduling, policy compliance, and provides clinical support and direct patient care as needed. Acts as the after-hours nursing administrator, incident commander for emergent situations, and liaison for ancillary services.
