Nurse Supervisor

This position supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role involves coordinating nursing care, monitoring staff compliance with safety and documentation standards, and participating in the development of resident care plans. The supervisor also oversees medication administration, manages supplies, and facilitates staff training and interdisciplinary meetings.
