This role serves as the primary resource for planning, coordinating, and facilitating professional nursing and clinical staff education across the Parkview Health System. The position supports the Perioperative service line and involves developing and presenting education initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and adult learning principles. The incumbent acts as a role model and advocate for performance improvement while collaborating with co-workers throughout the health system.
