About this role
Sanford Health’s Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program is a 6–12 month, hands-on training pathway to prepare candidates for licensure and leadership roles as nursing home administrators with the Good Samaritan Society. Trainees complete 1,000 hours of cross-departmental training, attend workshops (including travel to Sioux Falls), and participate in both live and virtual instruction. The program readies participants to apply for open administrator positions across several states and may include relocation support.
