About this role
The Nursing Research Program Manager (RN) provides strategic leadership and mentorship for the hospital’s nursing research program, fostering a culture of inquiry and aligning nursing research efforts with institutional priorities and ANCC nursing excellence standards. The role reports to the Director of Nursing Professional Practice and collaborates with nurse leaders, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to build research capacity and promote scholarly excellence across the organization. This is a part-time, primarily office-based position at Bronson Methodist Hospital.
