About this role
The Nursing Shift Supervisor (Off Shift Director of Nursing) is a nursing leader who provides clinical oversight and serves as a primary resource during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts at the DeMay Living Center. The role supports resident care continuity and staff mentoring while facilitating operations and admissions during off shifts. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with evening/night schedules.

Qualifications
