Nursing Supervisor - ACT Team

The ACT Nurse Supervisor provides direct supervision, clinical oversight, and operational support for nursing staff within the ACT Service Line programs operating under the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented nursing services to individuals with serious mental illness and complex health needs in community-based settings. The position involves maintaining a reduced client caseload, providing direct client care, and ensuring regulatory compliance and staff development.
