About this role
The Supervisor/Educator (Registered Nurse) reports to the Director of Professional Practice and Development and oversees daily supervision and coordination of hospital and patient care operations. The role develops, delivers, and evaluates orientation, inservices, and continuing education for clinical staff and supports quality patient care. The position also responds to clinical and organizational emergencies and assists in maintaining professional nursing practice standards.
