Nursing Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor manages daily operations of the Nursing and non-provider staff within the Medical Unit, overseeing nursing, laboratory, radiology, and office administration teams to ensure exceptional patient care. This role involves coordinating quality assurance, risk management, and compliance efforts to meet all applicable healthcare regulations. The position also includes direct patient care, staff supervision, and the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
