The RN/LPN provides nursing care to clients, linking them to physicians and outside medical resources while assisting with medical and psychiatric management. This role involves completing nursing assessments, transcribing physician orders, and participating in emergency situations under the supervision of the DON, M.D., ARNP, and Clinical Director. The position requires maintaining open communication with clinical teams, families, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive client care.
