Nutrition Call Center

This role supports high-quality nutritional care in a hospital setting by taking meal orders via telephone and patients' bedside consultations to manage dietary preferences and allergies. Staff members enter these requests into the computerized diet office system, maintain accurate records, and communicate closely with Nutrition Services teams to ensure patients receive correct diets. The position also involves relaying messages between supervisors and clinical nutrition staff to maintain operational efficiency.
