Nutrition Care Coordinator

The Enteral Nutrition Coordinator supports patients receiving enteral nutrition by coordinating formula and supply provision and maintaining relationships across the enteral care team. The role ensures orders and authorizations are current, tracks inventory and shipments, and helps maintain program effectiveness within a national home infusion organization.
