Nutrition Care Representative (NCR)

The Nutrition Care Representative serves as an ambassador and facilitator of patient food services on the care unit, processing and interpreting physician diet prescriptions, modifying patient menus, and ensuring compliance with diet orders. The role also addresses patient satisfaction concerns and handles routine clerical and nutrition care tasks while collaborating with leadership to improve service quality.
