Nutrition Services Assistant

Duluth Public Schools is seeking a Nutrition Services Assistant to work under the supervision of the Site Manager and cooks, assisting in the preparation and serving of food items. The role involves setting up meals, maintaining sanitary conditions in preparation and serving areas, and tracking meals and food records using a cash register and food service computer. This position requires physical ability to handle large quantities of food and knowledge of food preparation methods.
