About this role
Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is a 12-month paid program in adult primary care delivered in partnership with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The fellowship trains new NP graduates in a value-based care model, providing preceptorship, didactic learning, and the opportunity to build a patient panel. Fellows commit to at least one additional year of employment at Oak Street following program completion.
