OASIS Workflow Coordinator - HomeCare

This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and quality of OASIS assessments by reviewing for regulatory and policy adherence while providing clinical staff with guidance on documentation and patient care decisions. The individual reviews visit utilization for care appropriateness, collaborates with clinicians on necessary modifications, and reports potential over or underutilization to leadership. The position requires timely completion of workflows in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and active participation in quality and performance improvement initiatives to support agency compliance.
