About this role
The Observability Engineer will own the design, implementation, and management of PCI Pharma’s enterprise monitoring and observability platform, driving the migration from SolarWinds to Dynatrace. The role supports proactive incident detection, performance optimization, and operational visibility across hybrid on-premises, cloud, and global manufacturing (IT/OT) environments. The position coordinates with global teams to ensure monitoring coverage and operational readiness.
